The MEMOLUB EPS MEMORY series is supplied with a 30 cm cable that is connected to an external power supply. A constant 24 VDC power supply is provided during machine operating periods and continues to follow the programmed schedule until the power supply is disconnected. The MEMOLUB EPS MEMORY is ideal for equipment that stops frequently. Its internal memory records the time elapsed since the last lubrication cycle. When the equipment is restarted, the MEMOLUB EPS MEMORY resumes the countdown until the next scheduled lubrication cycle. This helps prevent over-lubrication of your equipment.
The recently added MEMOLUB EPS MEMORY PLUS models feature an integrated visual feedback system, providing clear operating indicators and alerts for potential problems, ensuring reliability and ease of maintenance across a wide range of applications.
There are 7 basic frequency settings suitable for most industrial applications. Programming is carried out by installing one or a combination of the three coloured timer rings in the ring holder connected to the brass fitting. When the MEMOLUB lubricator is screwed onto the brass fitting, the timer rings press the switches located at the bottom of the lubricator. The combination of activated switches determines the pumping frequency. The kit includes eight spacer washers to adjust the amount of lubricant discharged during each pumping cycle.
The MEMOLUB EPS MEMORY series pump has been designed to provide a powerful output pressure of 25 bar/350 psi and is capable of pumping both low- and high-viscosity lubricants at extreme temperatures. Thanks to the patented electromechanical technology inside the MEMOLUB EPS series, the system is protected against the negative effects of back pressure.
