MEMOLUB EPS Series Automatic Lubrication

The MEMOLUB EPS Series is a reusable automatic lubrication system designed for both single-point and multi-point applications. It operates with a 24V power supply, provides an output pressure of 25 bar / 350 psi, and can supply up to 8 lubrication points simultaneously. Remote installation is possible at distances of up to 8 metres.
The system is supplied with a 30 cm cable for connection to an external power supply. While the machine is operating, a constant 24VDC supply keeps the lubricator running according to the selected programme. When the power is switched off, the lubrication cycle stops and resumes when power is restored.
The MEMOLUB EPS PLUS models also feature an integrated visual feedback system. This provides clear operating indicators and alerts for potential problems, making the system easier to monitor and maintain.
Easy frequency adjustment
The MEMOLUB EPS Series offers 7 basic frequency settings, suitable for most industrial applications. The frequency is selected using one or a combination of three coloured timer rings.
When the lubricator is screwed onto the brass fitting, the timer rings activate the switches on the bottom of the unit. The combination of activated switches determines the pumping frequency.
The kit also includes eight spacer washers, allowing the amount of lubricant delivered during each pumping cycle to be adjusted.
Powerful and reliable lubrication
The pump is designed to deliver a powerful 25 bar / 350 psi output pressure. It can handle both low- and high-viscosity lubricants, even in applications involving extreme temperatures.
