The MEMOLUB HPS series is a range of versatile electromechanical lubricators that can be installed at a single lubrication point or connected to a progressive distribution valve to lubricate up to 8 points. MEMOLUB HPS lubricators automatically dispense a small and precise amount of lubricant at regular intervals, providing a continuous supply of fresh lubricant directly to the lubrication point.
There are 7 basic frequency settings suitable for most industrial applications. These are programmed by installing one or a combination of the three coloured timer rings in the ring holder connected to the brass fitting. When the MEMOLUB lubricator is screwed onto the brass fitting, the timer rings press the switches located at the bottom of the lubricator. The combination of activated switches determines the pumping frequency. The kit includes eight spacer washers to adjust the amount of lubricant discharged per pumping cycle.
The MEMOLUB HPS series pump has been designed to provide a powerful output pressure of 25 bar and is capable of pumping both low- and high-viscosity lubricants at extreme temperatures. Thanks to the patented electromechanical technology inside the system, it is protected against the negative effects of system back pressure.
MEMOLUB OIL R-500 is a 500 cc refillable reservoir for oil applications, compatible with the MEMOLUB HPS series.
The MEMOLUB HPS series is ATEX Zone 2 and Zone 22 certified, making it a suitable choice for industries operating in hazardous environments. With IP66 protection, it withstands dust ingress and powerful water jets, ensuring durability in demanding operating conditions.
