The MEMOLUB ONE automatic lubrication system is a reusable, self-contained single-point lubricator designed to provide a small and precise amount of lubricant at regular intervals. This ensures a continuous supply of fresh lubricant directly to the lubrication point.

The MEMOLUB ONE is particularly suitable for demanding environments where the lubricant needs to provide an additional level of protection. Its compact and independent design makes it a practical solution for a wide range of industrial lubrication applications.
Simple and flexible programming
The daily lubricant output of the MEMOLUB ONE is programmed using a simple colour-coded MEMO system. The red, white, green and yellow timing MEMOs determine how long it takes to empty the lubricant cartridge.
There are four basic time settings: 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, covering a wide range of industrial applications. Once the appropriate MEMO is installed, the programme is retained in the MEMO fitting and at the lubrication point. This allows users to replace other MEMOLUB ONE lubricators without having to reprogram the system.
Reliable lubrication performance
The MEMOLUB ONE pump is designed to provide a powerful output pressure of 10 bar / 140 psi. It can pump both low- and high-viscosity lubricants, even at extreme temperatures.
Thanks to its patented electromechanical technology, the MEMOLUB ONE is designed to operate safely against the negative effects of system back pressure, providing reliable lubrication in demanding applications.
The MEMOLUB OIL R-500 is a 500 cc refillable reservoir designed for oil applications and is compatible with the MEMOLUB ONE series.
