Available in standard lengths of 835mm, 415mm, and 835mm sectioned
Toolspress' Punches are available in the following materials and toughness:
• IH Series – Made from C45 steel, induction hardened in the working area to achieve a hardness of 55 to 58 HRC
• HR Series – Produced from special alloy steel 42CrMo4, quenched and tempered with a general hardness of 23 to 28 HRC and induction hardened in the working area to 55 to 58 HRC.
• TH Series – Manufactured from special alloy steel 42CrMo4, fully hardened with a uniform hardness of 45 to 49 HRC.
• GOLD Series – Available only for selected references. This series features a surface treatment that achieves hardness levels of 800 to 950 HV. Please contact us for additional information!
