The 1010 IH Punch features a European-type configuration, with an approximate height of 67 mm. It is available in 88° and 85° versions, providing different options for specific press brake bending applications.
The punch is also available with various radii, allowing the tooling configuration to be selected according to the requirements of the bending operation. This range of angles and radii provides greater flexibility when choosing the appropriate tooling for different applications.

Press brake punches with standardised European-type mounting are available with different radii, allowing the appropriate configuration to be selected to achieve the required bending results.
They are available in standardised lengths of 835 mm and 415 mm, as well as in segmented 835 mm versions.
The Toolspress punches are available in the following materials and hardness specifications:
IH Series – manufactured from C45 steel, induction hardened in the working area to achieve a hardness of 55 to 58 HRC.
HR Series – manufactured from 42CrMo4 alloy steel, quenched and tempered to a hardness of 23 to 28 HRC in the body. The working area is induction hardened to achieve a hardness of 55 to 58 HRC.
TH Series – manufactured from 42CrMo4 alloy steel, with full-depth hardening and a hardness of 45 to 49 HRC throughout the tool.
