BeamBot-Robotic Cutting Cell
Robotic Plasma/Laser Cutting System for Structural Steel Processing
The ZINSER BeamBot is a fully automated robotic plasma/laser cutting system designed for structural steel processing. Developed for the precise machining of structural steel beams and profiles, the system enables fully integrated four-sided processing within a closed robotic cutting cell.
Depending on the configuration, the BeamBot combines laser and plasma cutting technologies or operates with either process individually. Typical applications include structural steel fabrication, plant engineering, and heavy-duty industrial metal processing.
Automated Beam and Profile Processing with Laser and Plasma Technology
The ZINSER BeamBot is a fully automated robotic cutting system designed for the precise processing of structural steel beams and profiles. The cutting cell integrates laser and plasma cutting technologies, enabling fully automated 360° four-sided processing without the need for manual repositioning.
3D scanning technology enables automatic profile measurement, position detection, and real-time process control. The integrated CAD/CAM and nesting software allows programs to be generated directly from 3D CAD models or DSTV (NC) files, ensuring high precision, repeatability, and efficiency in structural steel fabrication.
