NB SYBS Miniature Linear Tables

The NB SYBS Miniature Linear Tables are limited-stroke tables with a compact design, featuring two ball raceways.

The SYBS type uses balls as rolling elements. Its ultra-compact design contributes significantly to the development of lighter and more compact industrial machinery and equipment of all types.

STRUCTURE AND ADVANTAGES

The NB miniature guide incorporates an integrated ball cage between the table and the base.

All components are manufactured to high precision.

Ultra-Compact Design

The table height of the SYBS type ranges from 3.2 to 4.5 mm, while the width ranges from 6 to 12 mm.

Compared with conventional slide tables, this compact size makes it possible to significantly reduce the overall dimensions of machines and equipment.

Low Friction ・ Low Noise

Since the rolling ball elements do not recirculate, frictional resistance remains highly stable, resulting in smooth and high-precision operation.

In addition, the ball cage significantly reduces contact noise from the rolling elements, providing quiet operation.

High Precision

The raceways and table are precision-machined simultaneously, minimizing processing errors and providing extremely smooth, high-precision linear motion.
