They transmit power through bevel gears with optimized geometry.
Manufactured from hardened and ground steel according to Klingelnberg / Gleason methodology.
The housing, featuring a compact design and high rigidity, is made of spheroidal graphite cast iron and machined on all six sides, allowing installation in any position.
Synthetic high-performance oil is used for lubrication. Lubricants approved according to the NSF-H1 standard for the food industry can also be used.
Optionally, a plastic sight glass can be fitted for oil level monitoring.
The efficiency of the right-angle gearboxes depends on the transmission ratio, lubrication, and mounting position. It is generally above 98%.
